Have an issue with your wristband or need to pick up your wristband?  Will Call is the place you need to be.

Will Call/Ground Zero is also where you can find:

Saturday June 18th: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Sunday June 19th: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

PLEASE NOTE:
A valid ID that matches the name on the Etix order must be presented to pick up your wristbands. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID and order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.
