Like every year, our tickets are on a pricing tier. Once one tier sells out, the system automatically jumps up to the next tier of available tickets. When people add tickets to their carts, it reserves the ticket and takes those tickets out of the available ticket pool for purchase. However, when the cart is cleared or if they decide not to buy, the tickets at that price point become available again for someone to purchase.

BCMF offers an accessible viewing area where seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note this area has limited capacity and is subject to the following guidelines:

  • one companion permitted per ADA guest
  • no standing, vaping, or smoking
  • seats cannot be saved or reserved

Please reference our festival map in the Official BCMF App for specific location details. For additional questions, email our team at info@bcmf.com.

Parking & Transportation

If you’re having someone drop you off/pick you for the fest, please meet them at the Wildwood Boardwalk Sign.

Drop-Off Location for Ride Shares
Wildwood Boardwalk Sign | 3505 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260

Due to limited availability of spaces in the beach parking area, we will only be offering 4 day passes at this time.

Tailgating or consumption of alcohol or any kind in the beach parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of attendees and their vehicles, the beach parking lot will be monitored throughout the event.

With a full day of fun at the fest, we encourage everyone to make there way in and get the party started!

The official beach parking area does not have a ramp for handicap accessibility.

Cars without 4WD can still take advantage of other parking locations around Wildwood, including the large parking lot near the Wildwoods Convention Center; less than a 10 min walk from the festival grounds. Additionally, for those parking elsewhere in Wildwood, the famous Sightseer Tramcars will be running up and down the boardwalk to bring you right to the fun!

Due to the available parking being offered directly on the beach, we only permit attendees with 4WD vehicles take advantage of this option. Vehicle owners will be fully responsible for their vehicles and removing them from the lot. Vehicles which require removal from the lot will be towed at the owners expense.

A limited amount of parking on the beach will be available at the fest. Those interested in parking on the beach will need to purchase a parking pass online prior to the event. Additional details about parking passes can be found on our official beach parking page.

For those who are unable to utilize beach parking, there are numerous parking areas throughout the Wildwood area, including the large parking lot near the Wildwoods Convention Center; less than a 10 min walk from the festival grounds. Additionally, the famous Sightseer Tramcars will be running up and down the boardwalk to bring you right to the fun!

Lost and Found

Please check with the bars & vendors around the area that you think you lost the item. Please check the closest customer service station and/or Will Call to see if your lost item was turned in (see festival map on the App for customer service station and Will Call locations). Lost items are turned in regularly and so it may be necessary to check back in more than once. All turned in items that are not claimed are taken to Will Call at the end of each night, so please check in at Will Call the following morning.

Any items left at Will Call after the fest will be turned over to the Wildwood Police Substation at 3601 Boardwalk.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer shifts for each position fill up on a first come, first serve basis. Shift selection is made available for volunteers in the order in which we received your application and deposit. Additional shifts may open up closer to the festival if/when someone cancels.

BCMF 2025 volunteer shift selection will begin the week of May 8, 2025. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to view available shifts and sign up for the two that work best for you! These emails will be sent out in the same order that we received completed applications. If you filled out the application and paid your deposit, we will send you an email as soon as shift selection is available for you.

If you need to cancel your BCMF 2025 Volunteer Application for any reason, you must do so in writing by May 1, 2025 via email to volunteers@barefootcountrymusicfest.com. Due to the overwhelming number of applications we receive, any cancellation requests after May 1, 2025 will forfeit the deposit. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the festival ending, including cancellation refunds.

BCMF volunteers work two 8-hour shifts in exchange for general admission access to the festival!

Yes! One of the things we love to do is offer amazing photographers an opportunity to join our festival production team in capturing the event! Spots are limited, but we’re always looking for new individuals.

If you’re interested in applying, please reviewing the application details and apply here.

We appreciate the offer, but unfortunately, we can only accept volunteers who can commit to working at least 16 hours (two 8-hour shifts).

Everything’s better with your BFF! Volunteers are able to select their shift preferences in the order in which deposits are received. In order to receive the same (or similar) shift selection as your BFF, we suggest you both complete your applications and pay your deposits on the same day. We cannot guarantee what shift assignments will be available to share with your friends, so be sure to sign up early because we want you and your BFF to have fun!

In exchange for becoming a BCMF Volunteer, you will receive a super cool t-shirt, a 3-day Volunteer Wristband (providing you with General Admission access to the festival), and an unforgettable experience! Volunteers may enjoy the festival at their leisure outside of their assigned volunteer shifts.

To apply to become a BCMF Volunteer, simply complete our Volunteer Application HERE.

Vendor Opportunities

BCMF will be soliciting applications for interested food, art and merchandise vendors 120 – 90 days prior to the event. Notices will be sent to all who complete the vendor application.

You can apply to be a vendor by completing our vendor application.

GovX & Military Discounts

The GovX program and who discounts apply to is set up by GovX. When asked previously, GovX said the discount does apply to ER nurses. For the record, we love you ALL! If you have any other questions, you can ask GovX directly at 1.888.468.5511. We hope this is helpful! See ya at the beach!

Details regarding the GovX discount program for BCMF will be announced in the coming weeks. However, for the best pricing on tickets, be sure to take advantage of early bird ticket pricing!

First and foremost: thank you for your service to our country! If you purchase tickets through GovX and you are deployed, please reach out to us at info@barefootcountrymusicfest.com. We do not ordinarily offer refunds but, under this circumstance and on a case-by-case basis, we are more than happy to make an exception. Stay safe and come see us when you can!

Barefoot Country Music Fest has partnered with GovX to offer discount tickets to U.S. military, government agencies, police, fire and EMS. The discount is offered for all three ticket types, but cannot be applied to our payment plans. BCMF thanks you for your service!

Additional details regarding GovX tickets can be found here.

*Please note promo codes are not valid on Early Bird ticket pricing. Promo codes cannot be applied or credited to past purchases.*
