Can I cancel once I’ve applied to volunteer?
If you need to cancel your BCMF 2024 Volunteer Application for any reason, you must do so in writing by May 1, 2024 via email to volunteers@barefootcountrymusicfest.com. Due to the overwhelming number of applications we receive, any cancellation requests after May 1, 2024 will forfeit the deposit. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the festival ending, including cancellation refunds.
