We know you guys are as excited as we are, but BE SURE to read all the details so you’re ready to roll!
We start with the addresses that are the farthest away. It takes a little longer for our friends in Hawaii to get our package so we are getting those out first. But not to worry, they are going out as fast as possible – you’re going to get an email confirmation as soon as your wristbands hit the mail and you can track that beautiful arm candy all the way to your door! Your estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days once you get your email tracking link, however it may take longer depending on your location. *NOTE: Once you receive your tracking number it might take 24-48 hours for it to start tracking. Don’t flip out. It’s real, they are coming. Check spam for wristband tracking from email@example.com. Don’t worry – we will get you in those gates! If you won tickets or used our payment plan option, you will need to bring your confirmation order and your ID to Will Call in order to get your wristbands.
Get those wristbands registered before you get to the fest so you can walk right in through the gates and get this long awaited party started! You can add your credit card to your wristband when you register it to make all your purchases during the fest a breeze! Make sure to download the “Barefoot Country” app to see all artist performance times – you don’t want to miss any of the action happening all weekend long. Our fest hours are: Thursday, August 19 from 6-11:30 pm and Friday, August 20-Sunday, August 22 from 1 pm to 11:30 pm.

Do I have to sign for my package?
Why didn’t my bands ship when I bought them a year or more ago?
These bands are RFID coded just to YOU. They can be synced to your credit card so you don’t have to carry cash or credit cards. It’s like the country music fest of Disney. They are not processed and coded until our cutoff date, which was July 16. From there they are coded, fulfilled and processed to ship. All everyone needs to worry about is what they are gonna drink! : ) We are going to get you in those gates, should for any reason, your bands not arrive at your doorstep. Will Call is not a bad place either – country music playing, air conditioning, folks usually make a lot of friends + the most knowledgeable dolls you’ve ever met and we will get you in and out quick if you need anything.
Can I still change my shipping address?
Wristbands have started shipping so, there’s no way to update your shipping address. If you know you won’t be able to receive the package at the address in your Eventbrite account, please email email@example.com to let us know. You will be able to pick up replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. Will Call will open the week of the festival starting Tuesday, August 17th through Sunday, August 22th. Replacement fees may apply. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?
We’ll get you taken care of at Will Call if your wristbands do not get mailed to you in time. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you still have not received your wristband(s) at least 7 days prior to the festival. We will deactivate the lost wristband(s). Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
You will be able to pick up replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. You will need the original order confirmation email and a photo ID that matches the name on the tickets for proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.
I received my wristbands, but I lost them/put them on too tight and had to remove them/damaged them. How do I get new ones?
PLEASE DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WRISTBAND BEFORE THE EVENT! Once applied, the wristband cannot be removed. If you need a replacement wristband please visit Will Call, before entering the event. Replacement fees may apply.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?
If you think you received the wrong wristband(s) please email us at email@example.com. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Will Call in order to verify this error.
How do I buy a wristband safely?
We recommend you only buy from people you know: friends or family. Wristbands have already begun shipping so you should meet with the buyer in person in a safe place to obtain your wristbands. To complete the transaction, the seller should email firstname.lastname@example.org and CC you (the new owner) to put the Eventbrite order in your name. BCMF is not liable for any fraudulent transactions or third party transactions. Once you obtain your wristbands, register them right away.
How do I transfer my wristbands to a friend or new owner?
To complete the sell or gift to a new owner, email email@example.com and CC the new owner confirming the new ownership of the Eventbrite order. BCMF is not liable for any fraudulent transactions or third party transactions.
