- Login to your Etix account here.
- Enter your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to purchase your tickets. (If you have not logged in before, please select “Having Trouble Logging In?” and follow the “First Time Logging In?” prompts).
- Once you are logged in, select the “Account” dropdown at the top right of the page.
- Select “Mailing Address & Phone Number”.
- Enter your new shipping address under Account Information.
- Select the “Save” button.
