PLEASE NOTE:
A valid ID that matches the name on the Etix order must be presented to pick up your wristbands. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID and order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.
If you purchased through a third-party site (Ticketmaster, Vividseats, etc.), we encourage you to contact their support team directly. They will be the best resource to help you obtain the necessary order details and coordinate with the original purchaser to receive your physical wristbands.
If you purchased through a marketplace (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.), it is the seller’s obligation to get you the wristbands or provide the necessary order details for pick up.
