Born to a musical family, Lauren began singing and performing with her father during her childhood. As she grew up, the two of them beganwriting songs together, giving her a taste for a career in music. As a unit they have penned many of her biggest releases, even as she branches out to co-write with other up-and-coming and established songwriters. Her early offerings immediately turned heads with their palpable attitude, vocal explosivity, and a level of lyrical nuance not normally seen in a newcomer. Lauren has embedded herself in the New York musical consciousness, also making frequent trips to Nashville where she has similarly wooed fans and industry. Additionally, Lauren is a proud Artist Member of The (Grammy) Recording Academy.
Never one to forget her roots, Lauren has alsocreated “Urban Country Jam” – A series of live concerts and livestream events that showcase rising country stars.
