What You’ll Need to Pick Up Your Wristband(s):

A valid photo ID
Your eTix confirmation email and/or order number
If picking up for someone else: a copy or clear photo of their valid photo ID

Wristband Registration:
These are your entry into the fest all weekend, so take care of them! DO NOT put them on until you get to the beach. There should be an index finger of space on your wristband when worn correctly. Register those gems before you’re ready to walk in the gates. You can register them on the BCMF app or on our website below.

What You Can / Can’t Bring to the Fest:
We’ve had a few updates on what ‘you can and can’t bring’ inside the country music party gates. Nothing major but we DEF do not want you to show up with aerosal sunscreen and have to leave it at the gate. Help us spread the word and let us know if you have any questions. As always, we want happy BCMFer’s!

Featuring the Eagles Cheerleaders, Swoop + The BCMF Dance Team, it’s going to be one great night! See you there – proceeds go to the Eagles Autism Foundation.😍

ENTERING THE FEST (Best Fest Hacks)

Be sure to be at the fest gates early! The lines get very long when everyone tries to enter between 5-8 pm.
Arriving early pays off! We will be giving away 100s of prizes each day for three hours after the gates open through our #BCMFBeKind Program. Catch our attention with your smile, kindness or outfit!
Listen for your RFID wristband no to be called from the stages every half hour for the first three hours the fest is open because you might win an upgrade, meet and greet or tickets to 2026! We will pull winners that have scanned in the gates.
For our GA folks, there is a new beach entrance on Spicer Street at the underpass. You can walk under the boardwalk to get in line at GATE 3. If you do NOT have a bag, you will want to take the express lane at GATE 1 and 2 when you enter from the boardwalk, only.
Be sure there is only an index finger of space left when you tighten your wristband or you will be stopped to fix it before you enter. Keep the line going, folks!
