Enjoying the summer in New Jersey means appreciating the taste of fresh Jersey produce, time to spend with family and friends, and living for those carefree moments that put smiles on all of our faces. As we bask in the beauty of sweet summertime, I have come to appreciate those moments that we are so fortunate to share once again. Unfortunately, many children throughout the state of New Jersey are not afforded these opportunities. Nearly 400,000 of them struggle with hunger. Without access to free meals they receive in school, summer can be a particularly difficult season. The BCMF team wants to change that; we have partnered with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. This vital community resource is asking for your support. Every dollar donated will provide three nutritious meals for our neighbors in need.
