FAQs

Tickets & Wristbands

Like many major festivals, BCMF uses a tiered pricing system. As one ticket tier sells out, the system automatically moves to the next available tier. When someone adds tickets to their cart, those tickets are temporarily “held.” If they don’t complete their purchase, those tickets are then released back into the system. This means it’s possible to purchase tickets at a lower price point, even if the general price has already moved to the next tier!

By order of the NJABC, if you present false identification to obtain a 21+ wristband, you will be removed from the festival for the duration of the event, and your festival wristband will be cut-off. No Re- Entry. No Refund.

Tickets are non-transferable, meaning the name on the order cannot be officially changed in our system. If you choose to give your tickets to someone else, you are responsible for getting the necessary order details and wristband(s) to the new recipient. Please be sure to coordinate this directly with them! Wristbands will begin shipping in May.

BCMF offers an accessible viewing area where seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note this area has limited capacity and is subject to the following guidelines:

  • one companion permitted per ADA guest
  • no standing, vaping, or smoking
  • seats cannot be reserved

Please reference our festival map in the Official BCMF App for specific location details. For additional questions, email our team at info@bcmf.com.

Wristbands will begin shipping in waves approximately 3-4 weeks before the event. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped! Please email us at info@bcmf.com if you do not receive your wristbands 7 days before the festival. If your wristbands do not arrive by mail as expected, you can pick up replacements at Will Call.

All tickets are non-refundable.
Please note: BCMF and Etix can not authenticate or verify tickets purchased through third-party ticketing platforms (i.e., VividSeats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.).

You can update your order information anytime by logging into the BCMF Etix Account Manager!

Yes! If you represent a large group (20 or more attendees), please reach out to us at groups@barefootcountrymusicfest.com and one of our team members will get in touch with more information.

Kids 10 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian with a wristband! This applies to all ticket types. All children 11 and older will need their own wristband to enter the festival and must be accompanied by an adult.

BCMF offers payment plan options, subject to ticket availability. For more information, click here.

Lost and Found

You can stop by any of our Customer Service stations or Will Call for Lost & Found (check the map in the BCMF app to find the one closest to you). Whether you lost an item or found something to turn in, our team is ready to help get things back where they belong. Any items left with our customer service team after the fest will be turned over to the Wildwood Police Substation located at 3601 Boardwalk.

Parking & Transportation

If you’re having someone drop you off/pick you for the fest, please meet them at the Wildwood Boardwalk Sign.

Drop-Off Location for Ride Shares
Wildwood Boardwalk Sign | 3505 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood, NJ 08260

Tailgating and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in BCMF’s beach parking and will be enforced. To ensure the safety of all guests and their vehicles, the area will be monitored throughout the event.
With a full day of fun at the fest, we encourage everyone to make there way in and get the party started!

The official BCMF beach parking area does not have a ramp for handicap accessibility.

Since beach parking is strictly for 4WD vehicles, those without it can utilize various parking areas throughout Wildwood, including the large lot near the Wildwoods Convention Center.

Additionally, the famous Sightseer Tramcars run along the boardwalk, making it easy to get from your parking spot right to the festival entrance.

At The Fest

Gates open Thursday at 3:00 PM and Friday through Sunday at 1:00 PM. The festival grounds close at 11:00 PM each night.

You can link a credit or debit card to your wristband to pay for food, drinks, and merch with a simple scan of your wrist!
Once you receive your wristband, you can set this up through the BCMF Wristband Registration page on the website or in the BCMF app. You’ll need to:
1. Enter the unique code on the back of your wristband.
2. Link your preferred credit or debit card.
3. Create a secure PIN.
Once on-site, just scan your wristband at any vendor and enter your PIN to complete your purchase. It’s fast, secure, and means less time in line!
Don’t forget your ID! While your wristband handles the payment, you will still need a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol or pick up items at Will Call.

BCMF offers several payment options on-site, including your wristband. All vendors and activities accept cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google/Android Pay.

Please note that the BCMF Will Call and Box Office can only accept cash and credit cards; contactless payments are not available at those locations.

Yes, with your BCMF wristband, re-entry is allowed each day. You can come and go as you please throughout the weekend, but you must scan your wristband at the exit gate each time you leave the festival grounds.

Volunteer Opportunities

You’ll have the opportunity to select your own shifts! Positions fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, and selection is opened to volunteers in the order that both the application and deposit are received.

Volunteer shift selection for BCMF 2026 begins the week of May 11th. As long as you’ve submitted your application, you’re all set—we’ll reach out with an email as soon as your selection window opens. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox as we get closer to the festival!

Emails are sent in the order that completed applications were received. Please note that an application is only considered complete once both the form and the deposit have been submitted.

Yes, there is a designated window for volunteers to cancel their application and receive a refund of their deposit. Specific cutoff dates and additional details regarding the cancellation process can be found on our volunteer information page.

Yes! One of the things we love to do is offer amazing photographers an opportunity to join our festival production team in capturing the event! Spots are limited, but we’re always looking for new individuals.

If you’re interested in applying, please reviewing the application details and apply here.

We appreciate the offer, but unfortunately, we can only accept volunteers who can commit to working at least 16 hours (two 8-hour shifts).

Access to shift selection is provided in the order in which volunteer applications are received. Those who apply earliest will have the most options to choose from.

To increase the likelihood of coordinating shifts with a friend, we recommend applying on the same day. While we cannot guarantee that identical shift assignments will remain available for multiple people, applying early offers the best opportunity to select matching schedules.

Volunteering at BCMF comes with some great perks! In exchange for your time, you’ll receive an official volunteer t-shirt and a 4-day General Admission volunteer wristband, giving you access to one of country music’s greatest parties.
You’re welcome to enjoy the festival at your leisure whenever you aren’t working your assigned shifts!

To apply to become a BCMF Volunteer, simply complete our Volunteer Application HERE.

Vendor Opportunities

BCMF will be soliciting applications for interested food, art and merchandise vendors 120 – 90 days prior to the event. Notices will be sent to all who complete the vendor application.

You can apply to be a vendor by completing our vendor application.

GovX & Military Discounts

Barefoot Country Music Fest has partnered with GovX to offer discount tickets to U.S. military, government agencies, police, fire and EMS. The discount is offered for all three ticket types, but cannot be applied to our payment plans. BCMF thanks you for your service!
